Larry Walker, from Garden City, won his second National Senior Bowling Association’s tournament this year. The event was held on May 14, 2011 at Skore lanes in Taylor.  Walker qualified 4th and came out smoking has he defeated Enrico Odorico form Clinton Twp., 299-227 and then proceeded to beat Ernie Segura, Jr. from Taylor, 214-202, and Ross Beers of Saginaw, 229-213 and in the title match, defeated Gerald Johnson of Riverview, 260-208. Larry received the championship trophy along with the $1,000 first place check for his effort.

The National Senior Bowling Association’s tournament held on April 9, 2011 at Westland Bowl in Westland was won by Joe Krajenke of Clinton Twp. with a 199-168 win over Dave Tulak from Taylor. Krajenke qualified in the number 2 position and had wins over Rick Vittone of Canada, 237-200, Bob Frink from Washington 279-258 and Kevin Scott of Ferndale, 190-152. Joe received the championship trophy along with the $1,000 first place check for his effort.
