Congratulations to Terry Bialkowski from Windsor, Canada in winning his first National Senior Bowling Association tournament. This event was held at Troy Lanes in Troy on July 12, 2008. Terry qualified in the 5th position and beat Tom Fauls from Troy, 289-222, Dave Eatmon from Ferndale, 236-204, and John Ross, Jr., of Vassar, 217-204 to advance to the title round.

The National Senior Bowling Association has a point system and guidline that will be used for consideration and induction into the National Senior Bowling Association's Hall of Fame. You will need a minimum of 120 points, be an active member of the NSBA for at least 5 years, and be approved by the Board of Directors. |

Congratulations to Ken Kossick of Commerce Twp. in winning his first National Senior Bowling Association tournament. The event was held in Ann Arbor at Colonial Lanes on June 14, 2008. Ken qualified 14th and beat John Ross, Jr., from Vassar, 179-173 and then struck out in the tenth frame to edge Bob Edwards of Lima, Ohio, 269-266. In the semi-final match, Kossick defeated Ed DeBlock of Canada, 225-172 and then proceeded to beat Larry Walker from Garden City, 227-182. Ken’s win netted him the $1,000 first place check and the championship trophy.
